Spring at the Cwtch at Forge Cottage -

Laugharne and Broadway are preparing for this weekends Laugharne Weekend and once again we are looking forward to meeting our latest guests who are coming to see the amazing line up of talented individuals in our West Wales township. There are many wild primroses, daffodils and snowdrops in the area, for those wanting to walk around the countryside or on the coast paths - many rare plants, wild orchids later in the year and many birds of prey and bats, plus sea birds can often be seen.

Today, March 21st 2023 is National Poetry day and what better day to celebrate some of the words written by Dylan Thomas.  

POETRY is what in a poem makes you laugh, cry, prickle, be silent,

makes your toenails twinkle, makes you want to do this or that or nothing,

makes you know that you are alone and not alone in the unknown world,

that your bliss and suffering is forever shared and forever all your own.
